Grantham University Announces Partnership with City of Kansas City, Missouri

Agreement enables affordable, quality education for city employees
LENEXA, Kan., May 3, 2018 – Grantham University, a leading provider of online college degree and certificate programs, is proud to announce a partnership with the City of Kansas City (Missouri). Under the agreement, the university will provide city employees with educational benefits, such as reduced tuition, a textbook and software grant, and a 90-day tuition deferral.
The partnership follows a successful January education fair Grantham organized with the city as part of Continuing Education Week. Mayor Sylvester James and the City Council presented Grantham with a proclamation of appreciation for assisting with the week.

Grantham University has more than 20 city, corporate, association and education partners, including a similar agreement with the cities of Lenexa, Olathe and Leavenworth, Kansas. The university actively seeks opportunities to engage with members of the community through education fairs, event sponsorships, lunch-and-learns and community grant programs.
